Kelly Conroy
My name is Kelly Conroy and I am your PTO President for the 2023-24 school year. I have a rising 1st grader and 3rd grader this year so this will be my first year with a student in Midtown. I have been the Director of Programs for the last two years and active in classrooms not only as a parent volunteer and Room Coordinator but also as a substitute teacher and instructional aide. I hope my experience at CSI can help to support our CSI community! Feel free to stop me on campus anytime and chat, I am always there and the PTO is constantly looking for new and exciting ways to help our community feel supported and engaged.

Hello Wolfpack! I am excited to join the CSI PTO as VP this coming school year. I have three kids, but this will be my final hurrah in CUSD as my youngest is an 8th grader for 2023/24. I've served on several PTA Boards over the years, including at Rolling Hills, Marshall Lane, and I was PTA President at Campbell Middle School in its final year. I work as an HR Director at an automotive software company in Palo Alto, and spend my free time ferrying my offspring around. When we get an opportunity, my husband and I enjoy live jazz and world music events.

Melissa Gould
As a new member on the PTO Board, I'm delighted to serve as the Communications Director. I find value in creating clear and impactful messaging that's fact-based and positive. Three of my four sons will be at CSI during the '23/'24 school year (3rd, 1st and TK). When I'm not volunteering and keeping up with my sons, I work in private practice as an anxiety therapist for kids. I look forward to serving on the PTO Board and contributing to the wonderful CSI community.

My name is Maria Gray and I have been an active member of our amazing parent community since opening year! I currently have a 7th grader and 4th grader and our entire family has enjoyed the creativity and dedication of every staff member and the parent community. Last year I was lucky enough to serve as the Secretary/Parliamentarian on the CSI PTO Board, and I am eager to continue serving in a new role as Director of Fundraising this 2023-24 school year!

Hello CSI Wolf Pack! My name is Val Shearer, I am a CSI mom; my son, Dean, will be in 3rd grade this fall and his little brother, Cole, will be joining the wolf pack as a kindergartner this fall. My family joined CSI in 2021, then this past year I have spent time volunteering in my son’s classroom as well as helping the yard duty crew during lunch recess. It has been great getting to know the kids, faculty and fellow parent volunteers. I am excited to join the CSI PTO board this upcoming 23’-24’ school year as Director of Programs. The past PTO boards have done a fantastic job facilitating programs such as the Room Coordinators program as well as community fundraising events and fun campus events for students and parents. I hope to carry on the great work and help strengthen relationships within our CSI community.
